The Exar IPM7120SY136 camera module is a complete, cost-effective, modular IP video camera that delivers vibrant 1080p30 HD video right out of the box. The engine of this M-38 format camera module is the powerful Exar S7120 video SoC that will multistream 1080p30 H.264 encoded video from the popular Sony IMX136 image sensor. The module comes pre-programed with the latest version of production software which allows users to control the video camera's many input parameters via CGI script commands or through the industry standard ONVIF interface. The camera module also offers interactive control through a built-in Graphical User Interface (GUI) accessible through any web browser. IPM7120SY136 video camera modules are available as either Evaluation Kits (EVK) or full production units. Video surveillance equipment manufacturers can implement a fully functional state-of-the art IP video camera by simply supplying an enclosure, network connection, power supply and lens. For those designers who wish to customize the product further, java source code is available for the web-based GUI. Subscription licenses are also available that allow developers full access to the S7120 video processor with its Linux environment on the ARM9 CPU.
