LED Drivers and Flash Drivers
The XRP6840 is the industry’s highest Intensity LED Flash driver and constant current dual-cell supercapacitor charger. With an I2C based programmable 4.3A Flash LED current, it provides all the function to manage and drive high brightness LEDs in portable equipment using the emerging supercapacitor technology. The XRP7618 is an 8-channel constant-current LED driver capable of up to 100mA current per channel. Controlling strings of multiple LEDs with excellent accuracy, the XRP7618 can be paralleled to provide a performing backlighting solution for display and panels 10 inches and above. Individual channel can also be combined to increase current capability per channel.
The XRP7620 is a multi purpose 4-channel independently adjustable current sink driver. Optimized for LED backlighting and RGBW/RGBA color mixing applications, the XRP7620 can also be used as a generic software programmable current sink I/O expander. Supporting an industry standard 2-line I²C serial interface, the XRP7620 provides full independent control of each channel and can be programmed up to a current of 31.5mA in steps of 500µA.
