Mr. Melendrez joined the Company in April 1986 as Corporate Attorney. He was promoted to Director, Legal Affairs in July 1991, and again to Corporate Vice President, Legal Affairs in March 1993. In March 1996, Mr. Melendrez was promoted to the position of Corporate Vice President, General Counsel. In June 2001, Mr. Melendrez was appointed Secretary of the Company. In April 2003, Mr. Melendrez was promoted to General Counsel, Secretary and Vice President Business Development. In July 2005, Mr. Melendrez was promoted to General Counsel, Secretary and Senior Vice President Business Development. In April of 2007, Mr. Melendrez was promoted to his current position as General Counsel, Secretary and Executive Vice President Business Development.
Mr. Melendrez has over 25 years legal experience in the semiconductor and related industries. He received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. from the University of San Francisco and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
